Choose the device you want to play on:

Java Edition is the default version for joining the server, and requires the least steps.

All you need to do is open up Minecraft Java Edition version 1.12 or newest (usually just the latest version is fine), enter the IP play.blockbender.com, and join the server.

Bedrock Edition covers the special Windows 10 Edition, MC on a phone, and MC on a tablet.

All you need to do is open up Minecraft on your device, enter the IP play.blockbender.com, enter the port 19132, and join the server. You can enter any name you want for the server.

Bedrock Edition is available on most major game consoles, including the PS4/5, Xbox and the Switch. These devices don't support 3rd party servers by default, but there is still a way to connect!


The easiest way to join is to add the player "blockbendermc" as a friend and then join their game as if you were joining a real person. This will connect you to the server!

You will need this info to connect, but follow the directions below based on your console.

  1. Go to your PS4 Home screen.
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. Go to Network.
  4. Select Set Up Internet connection.
  5. If you are using wired internet, select “Use LAN Cable”, otherwise choose “Use Wi-Fi”.
  6. Select the Custom network creation mode.
  7. Select Automatic IP Address.
  8. For DHCP Host Name, make sure you select Do Not Specify.
  9. Under DNS Settings, select Manual.
  10. Enter the IP 172.105.4.69 (try 104.238.130.180 if you experience any issues) for the preferred Primary DNS and something like Google or Cloudfare’s IP for the Secondary DNS (8.8.8.8 or 1.1.1.1).
